Ramadan Mubarak and Selamat Hari Raya. Bring on the Ramadan open house(s) please!
As the month of Ramadan runs by, we look forward to Raya and the days to come because we all know what this means, therefore, food time! I mean Raya, it’s Eidul Fitr. And as the day comes closer and closer, I will tell you exactly why you need to have a Ramadan open house this blessed season.
Invite all your friends and family
First things first guys, my email is firstname.lastname@example.org and I am expecting hundreds of email invitations from all of you out there, and trust me, if the subject of the message reads Food, I will be there.
The best thing about an open house is inviting all your family and friends, or even if it’s a corporate open house, inviting your colleagues and business partners and enjoying a day of food, gift giving and creating new memories.
Ah yes, my forte. All the amazing food that Malaysians LOVE all spread on a table like Ayam masak merah, beef rendang, sayur lodeh, ikan asam pedas, ketupat, lemang and the list is never ending. Malaysians live and breathe food so do yourself and everyone you know a favour and have that open house.
The best part of an open house is having your family and friends around, after a long week at work, gather the crowd and get your fun on. Games, quizzes, jokes are all invited.
Okay, but seriously lots and lots of food.
